Still moonlighting as a real estate agent, Delia tries to sell a property that belonged to a family torn apart by the death of the youngest son, Josh, and Doug, the father of the family, was deemed responsible. The accident lead the couple to divorce and the family to move apart, but Josh’s spirit remained in the house.

Melinda learns that the death was caused not by Doug but by Josh’s brother, Devin, and that Doug took the blame so that Devin didn’t have to. Knowing that this lie had destroyed his family, Josh is able to get Doug to come clean with Melinda‘s help, and is able to reunite his family and cross over.
